• Make sure that the rules of Handicap International procurement procedures are respected.
• Organize the identification of suppliers, and the collection of quotations request.
• Ensure the collected documents are compliant with HI procedures: supplier stamp, signature, date, VAT...
• Make sure the follow up of the purchases is good and completely filled (TSA) for both (PH5 & PH6 )
• Make sure to always consider value for money having in mind quality and sustainability of the goods.
• Do the internal control for all north base office PSR's (PH5 & PH6)
• Clean t PSR's which not follow HI procedure by preparing the Missing PO's, quotation, and collect missing payment from accountancy.
• Ensure the adequate filling of purchases files: signatures, presence and validity of the documents
• Archive all PSR's and contracts
• Prepare DAH archive boxes to shipment.
• Be the focal point for IT related issues and requests.
• Ensure proper installation, follow up and upgrade of IT equipment (hardware, software, network, back up, security systems and devices).
