1. Coordinating with external WHS to ensure the availability of the trucks
2. Manage the dispatch / loading process of the product in the most save and affections manner
3. Submitting reports to accounts and administration department.
4. Participating in managing the administration preparation for the dates receiving season
5. Ensuring the availability of the required personal for receiving the dates
6. Facilitating the dates receiving process and implement productivity enhancement techniques at the receiving centers
7. Adhering to the quality standards as prescribed by the ISO and HACCP in accepting the dates from the local farm and uploading to the trucks
8. Reviewing customer satisfaction, spot review of customer complain
9. Ensuring the availability of recourse for the animal feed operation
10. Make logistics inventory daily, weekly& monthly for the trucks and internal and external cold stores
11. Communicating with manufacturers suppliers, and transport companies
12. Communicating with the production to load the dates from the factories to the airport or any places
13. Three years experience in use of (ERP System)
14. Experience 2 years in raking system for the big cold stores
15. Experience 2 years in stored the product in big cold stores and use ERP system in distribution the items in raking system
16. Experience to Use ERP system to load and receiving the items in the cold stores and move the items from location to location
17. Make inventory report for the items and the quantity with grade and loaded in trucks
1. I worked at (Tay Travel) Cairo as a Tour leader, a Tour operator and, my duties included basic explanations about the city and monuments within, transporting the tourists by bus between airport and hotels, handling complaints, prepare and handling the program for the clients "arrange the accommodation, transfers, sightseeing".
