Coordinating the Agricultural project in North of Jordan. The main objective of this project is to increase the access to flexible income generation opportunities for economically vulnerable Syrian refugees and Jordanians living in the rural areas of Jordan.

As part of this project, we pioneer in using new innovative technologies & approaches to implement our project "e.g. Hydroponic, contract farming, etc." and working to facilitate and create networking to increase the access to the market in rural areas and help the small farmers to get all inputs they need to face the issues in agriculture.

Technical Cash and Vouchers Officer at Norwegian Refugee Council

• Manage the voucher generation, assignation and verification processes, including using online databases and smartphone barcode scanners

• Ensure the collection of all the supporting documents required for a cash distribution from the exchange company, the bank or the beneficiaries (depending on the distribution modalities).
• Ensure the verification, translation and proper archiving these documents.
• Create supportive materials to be used by the team as necessary to ensure the high quality of their assignments.
• Ensure cash activities have clear monitoring tools and framework that are implemented rigorously. Activity progress will be effectively monitored through the regular collection and analysis of qualitative key indicators, ensure processes and results are properly documented.
• Ensure lessons learned and success stories from the project are documented and reported to the manager.
• Support the consolidation of monitoring reports as set in the log frame sources of verification.
• Prepare regular monthly reports and preparation of donor reports.
• Organize and develop staff development and training as required.
