Manage all DIP landscapes, E-scooters, cycle tracks, footpath projects, and advertising signs.
Managing DIP Infrastructure Projects, my expertise in DIP infrastructure also includes the design and implementation of new infrastructure systems, as well as the maintenance and repair of
existing systems. I have collaborated with stakeholders at all levels including government officials, project managers and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered according to specifications.
Coordinate with all the tenants, consultants & contractors and resolve issues as needed.
Prepare guidelines and regulations for DIP signage and design signboard entrances for the DIP.
Update the DIP master plan and all drawings related to utilities and infrastructure projects.
Review and approve tenants’ related applications and release DIP mobilization/construction NOC.
Design all DIP landscaping and prepare detailed drawings for RTA/DEWA approval.
Define project requirements and scope and use this information to create plans and schedules.
Evaluate all drawings of the clients and issue NOC for Dubai Municipality submission.
Update DEWA master plan, assess tenant load increase/load slabs and issue NOCs for submission.
Ensure a smooth plot registration process by coordinating with EJARI and verifying all drawings.
Oversee the design and completion of residential, commercial villas and low-rise building projects.
Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless preparation of designs & drawings.
Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle all necessary DM, Tarakhees, Civil Defense and RTA documents and meetings.
Prepare design and construction documents, including floor plans, elevations and specifications.
Ensure that all design work adheres to applicable codes, regulations and industry standards.
Monitor construction progress to ensure that work is proceeding according to design specifications.
Review specifications and filter client-provided architectural drawings to develop mechanical layouts.
Meet with project managers, engineers and clients to discuss the project's progress, BOQ & pricing.
Raise a request for Information (RFI) when necessary to promptly address any information gaps.
Participate in training sessions focused on designing and laying out elevator and escalator drawings.
