The Job Profile (In charge of the following):
Coordinating between different sectors & departments in the Head office with (14 PTO's) offices country wide and carrying out in Project Management Methodology (PMP) basis (SCTA) Programs & Projects am in charge with as fallowing:
•Managing the (Tourism Destination Program)
•Managing the (Rest & Service centers on Regional Roads project)
•Managing the (Tourism sites Preparation Project)
•Managing the (Country and Environmental residents & Rest project)
•Managing the (tourism sites informational sign board)
•Committee member of (evaluating & improving the tourism products)
•Committee member of (Red sea strategic program)
•Committee member of (agri-tourism program)
•Committee member of ( execution Makkah PTO improvement plan)
•Re-engineering the process of Branches and ATMs network (site selection and quality assurance) by using the methodology of (cross functional engineering) to maintain measurement for branches/ATM usage, cost, profitability and reports.
•Initiation and implementation the NCB (GIS) system for Branches and ATMs network site selection in order of managing a professional site approach by expanding and Improving the NCB Branches and ATM network Countrywide.
•Participating in designing / engineering and executing the NCB network strategy by Evaluate existing and future network developments taking in consideration the market change and challenges.
•Expanding and developing the ATM network from (600) locations in 2003 to (1200) locations in Dec. 2007 to address the NCB network as one of the largest and most profitability network among other banks.
•Communicating and coordination with (SAMA) for approving New and relocate branches and ATMs location.
•Participate in Preparing and reviewing department budget and approving all rental agreements for new and relocated location.
•Study and analysis the customer segmentation approach allowing the bank achieving the expected targets.
•Coordinate with different internal and external parties to contribute in NCB network developments.
•Certified Trainer for (DMS) course by Citibank group
•Delivering curses of DMS training program to over than (1200) NCB staff since certification in 2003.
•Certified Trainer for (communication Skills) course by (Redge) USA
•Delivering curses of communications skills to over than (400) NCB staff since certification in 2004.
Focusing on consultation in real state developments (financial studies, designing and super visioning)
•Responsible for the entire activities of the western region Operational and Administration functions of the Branch having around 200 employees. Directly reporting to the General Manager of the Company
•Expanding the retail network from (15) in 2000 to (28) outlet in 2002.
•Increase the wholesale (Van sale) achieving a total sale of (160) MSR in 2002.
•Developing and increasing the exporting business in the region to cover more countries with different products.
