Roche Co. (ex Boehringer Mannheim) - Jeddah- Saudi Arabia (1991-2004): ● Worked as Service Engineer for lab blood chemistry instruments. Since 1995 I was responsible for Hajj team (7 engineers and 5 application specialists). Solving problems of reagents also, training staff on new procedures and news of new reagents, accuracy of instrument and precision, importance of periodic preventative maintenance .On phone solving programming problems of reagents and menu of instrument.
● On Year 1998 I have been promoted as Western Area manager (from Tabuk to Gizan), , around 200 machines, 6 engineers, 60 customers (Hospitals, clinics and research centers)
● My duties as W.A.manager were: 1- Maintain all machines in good condition to consume good reagents.
2- Schedule PPM (Periodic Preventative Maintenance) with Engineers.
3- Maintain min stock of spare parts needed for 200 instruments
4- Put plans to train staff with GM
5-Discuss routine news coming from Germany and Switzerland (Headquarters of Roche Co)
6- Prepare plans for next years of expected work, needed spare parts also budget of sales.

● I have been trained in Switzerland, Germany and Cyprus for new Roche instruments
● Trained also on principals of supervising in Dubai 2001
At start served different medical instruments as haemodialysis machines, photometer and dental machines . then became responsible for marketing and serving of 3 companies, water purification units, pharma tableting machines and Gelman products for labs and pharma industries
Sold & Installed 30 water units for hospitals all over Egypt.1987-1991
I have maintained around more than 50 tablets pressing machines in pharmaceutical companies.

Worked as Service Engineer for lab instruments such as Biomerieux, Bayer and Jenway .most of them were spectrophotometer and urine analyzers. After one year administration added to me job selling of Water purification units include reverse osmosis, air filters of Millipore and Gelman. Supported the service team of kidney machines (Hemodialysis) .third line was after sales service of pharmaceutical machines (tablets and packing machines, air and water filters)
