 Verifying the Contract Documents (e.g. Contract, Drawings, Specification, Bill of Quantities … etc.) in order to define the scopes of work.
 Leading a team of multidisciplinary engineers to handle the engineering works and submittals in accordance to the Contract Documents and the project’s schedule and budget.
 Conducting periodical meetings and technical workshops with the consultants and subcontractors, to resolve the project related issues and to mitigate or avoid any potential delays.
 Ensuring coordination across all disciplines, trades and all the involved parties (e.g. Structural, MEP, Architectural, Authority Requirements …etc.).
 Resolving the technical problems or conflicts arising during construction works.
 Prepare Value Engineering Studies and design proposals to improve the quality of the project and satisfy all the stakeholders.
 Contribute in preparing the Project Quality Plan and Temporary Facilities for the project.
 Monitor the design changes by quantify and notifying the same to the relevant parties in liaise with the commercial department.
 Monitor the procurement schedules for both materials and sub-contracts.
 Monitor and report on the progress of the project to the stakeholders.
 Conducting site visits to ensure that the work is in compliance with the contract documents, approved submittals and quality standards.

• Redesigned the master plan of EL‐DAMAZIN Domestic Airport and designed the V.I.P. Lounge, Electrical Sub‐station, Main Entrance and Landscaping, in addition to supervising of the construction works.
• Redesigned MALKAL Domestic Airport terminal building.
• Contributed in redesigning of Sudanese Civil Aviation Authority headquarter and supervised the execution works.
• As the Resident Engineer at NEYALA International Airport carried‐out civil and maintenance works.
• Developed and recommended improvements in design standards to achieve reduction in design costs and at the same time, to improve work quality.
• Maintained client contact to seek or provide technical information.
• During the design stage, analyzed airport codes, safety rules, regulations, by-laws, space requirements, site requirements and other technical documents and reports.
