--Job Description:
o Review Tenders and Determine Tender requirements and specifications like ( Type of towers, Insulators, Conductors, Cables, OPGW, Accessories and foundation)
o Preparation of tender Documentation and materials costing.
o Prepare and Estimate Bill of Quantity for overhead transmission lines.
o Site Survey and attend meetings and visits for new projects
o Receive offers and revise it with the technical guarantee tables and technical specification as technical evaluation.
o Compare and Select the appropriate technical and commercial offers received from suppliers and sub contractors.
o Provide technical assistance to suppliers.
o Coordinating with the Procurement Group in order to prepare material specification, requisitions.
o Search for new suppliers and build relation with them.
o Follow up with the suppliers and remind them periodically.
o Writing reports and documentation to managers.

Overhead Transmission lines Tenders:
The construction of 130 Km of 33 KV overhead lines from Lumwana substation to the proposed Kabombo substation (Zambia).
Supply and installation of distribution substation (11/33) KV, medium voltage lines, transformers and connection of customers in non-electrified district headquarter and other rural areas (Tanzania).
Design and construction works for transmission lines and substation construction of 110KV transmission line 40KM (Rawanda).
Turnkey construction of the osana van bach booster II 66KV transmission line (Nambia).
