I'm one of the high quality UI/UX Designers for web, Alshaya is very big retail company and it have many brands like mother-care, H&M, American Eagle... etc and in eCommerce division I'm designing for eCommerce operations take care about web standards " Grid system, Color Schema, Typography... etc", brand guid lines and apply web trends in terms of style .
My vision on the current brand websites example mother-care Russia and MENA is small changes big difference and my vision for the new brands website in progress is simplicity, minimal with trendy design and easy checkout process.
Also improving the design with user experience "Accessibility, Usability, Content structure" make a unique website friendly with users doesn't look similar to other normal websites.
• Coaching, and mentoring the internal design team and assisting Creative Manager to create idea's and inspire design team.
