What has been achieved
By improving the production planning average productivity / week moved from 65 to 95 ton /week which is about 45% increase
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the responsible work teams of creating and implementing Quality Management System procedures according to ISO/TS16949. ISO 14001 And OHSAS18001
2. management representative, customer representative and member of the management committee
3. Represent the company internally and externally on topics relevant to quality.
4. Audit and follow up the Policy/Objectives implementation.
5. Planning, Implementation and coordination of internal process, system and product-audits as well as initiation and monitoring of corrective measures.
6. Prepare and Follow up the activity of Management review meetings.
7. Ensure implement and achieve customer requirements.
8. Ensure taken the corrective and preventive procedures to avoid deviations.

10. Ensure that all PFMEA’s and control plans applicable to the Company are implemented, updated and known to all staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Received the 3D CAD drawing and make the dies required for the parts whether forming or blanking dies.
Prepare the programs for the CNC machines using CAD /CAM system called DELCAM.
Prepare the material that will be machined using conventional machines follow up on the assembly of the die tell the first good piece get out maintains the defected dies

1-prepared the programs for the CNC machine using CAD CAM system called VX.
2- Setting and follow up the production on the 3 CNC M/C .
3- Followed up on the production on the other machines and the assembly hand work.
They were constructing a new factory for Heater manufacturing and transferring the production of thermocouples from 10th of Ramadan to the industrial free zone. So I worked as technical officer and commercial manager for thermocouples receiving the customer requirements prepare the quotation then follow up the customer tell receiving the order of production Prepare an interior production order- following up the production deliver the finished goods to the store then contact the customer to deliver him his goods .

Marketing in Libya -visited many Cement factories - iron and steel co. In MOSRATA - glass factory- El-Zawia petrol refining station.
For the Heater I prepared a good file about the raw materials containing the suppliers, quotations comparison of prices that was the base for the all purchase order of the raw material after that. Participated in layout design of the factory.
