Prepare feasibility studies and marketing strategies for verity of
projects located in gulf area
Determine the financial position for each project by analyzing the ROI
, breakeven point and the profit margin
Preform the marketing plan by analyzing the market share and the
competitors conducting SWOT and PEST analysis
Making recommendation to projects based on the result of feasibility
studies to helps them to determine their position in the market
Perform researches about market industry, competitors, products and
pricing
Obtaining data through conducting telephone or direct emails surveys
or face to face consumer studies
Making a recommendation to companies based on data analysis that
helps them to determine their position among other companies,
product, design, delivery and promotions
