PMC-Client Representative
• Managing land Development as Client Representative, leading and developing the project plan in order to achieve project Objective.
• Implementing the project quality plan using the appropriate tools and techniques in order to ensure that work is performed in accordance with required quality standards.
• Effectively reviewing contractor’s submittals/claim, manage & Implement approved changes and corrective actions in order to ensure the project goals remain aligned with Client’s Needs.
• Coordinating with Contracts Department and Design teams for assisting the pre-construction procurement process.
• Representing the client in technical meetings and Value Engineering analysis.
• Providing guidance for assured design quality and compliance with the client’s requirements, local and international codes.
• Creating a work environment that promotes openness, trust, effective communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and job satisfaction.
• Ensuring that RFI responses and Field Change requests etc. are correctly implemented in the Field.

Project: Diriyah Gate Development project, Smart City-Part of KSA Vision

Client: Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA).

Project Scope: Land Development

‒ Land Development, transforming land into cluster, plots and infrastructure works.
‒ Construction of 300 luxury Villa.
‒ Infrastructure (Dry and Wet Utilities).
‒ Demolition and diversion of infrastructure works, including dry and wet utilities
‒ District cooling plant (DCP), Sewer treatment plant (STP), potable, sewer pump station


Key Responsibilities:
PMC-Client Representative
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, contractors, government entities.
• Managing Contractor technical submittal, technical queries and field change document
• Reviewing and issuing project Periodic reports (weekly/monthly report), KPI reports.
• Leading the project weekly and monthly meetings with clients and key stakeholders, including preparation and dissemination of accurate minutes of meeting.
• Coordinating and monitoring interfaces between contractors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Communicating with authorities to ensure project compliance with authorities’ requirement and obtain required permit and approvals.

Project 1: Land development and Infrastructure of 1700 Villa @KSA -Hufuf.

Client: National Housing Company (NHC)

Project Scope: Land Development residential real estate project.
‒ Land Development and construction of 1700 luxury Villa.
‒ Infrastructure (Dry and Wet Utilities), pumping stations and water tanks.
‒ Roads works, 4.5 Million M3 cutting & backfilling, hardscape and landscape.

• Ensuring all work aligned with the quality plan, delivering the project on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify project risks, assumptions and developing early-stage response strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
• Managing Project execution based on the project plan by leading and developing the project team in order to achieve project Objective.
• Implementing the project quality plan using the appropriate tools and techniques in order to ensure that work is performed in accordance with required quality standards.
• Reviewing and assessing contractors’ claims and implemented approved changes to ensure project objectives remained aligned with the Client’s requirements.
• Collecting, Documenting project lessons learned and updating the company lessons-learned database to support future projects.
• Applying in-depth knowledge of construction statutes and strong management skills while directing large workforces, identifying project discrepancies, and implementing timely mitigation actions.
• Ensuring timely acquisition of all required project permits and authority approvals across all project stages, including follow-up through permit clearance and completion certificates.

Project 2: Construction of 272 Residential Villa @ Kobar Apr 2016 -Jul 2018.
Client: Ministry of Housing.


Project Scope: Residential real estate project
‒ Construction of 272 Residential Villa as Turnkey project.
‒ Construction of Roads work, hardscape and landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision consultant

• Tracking &Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to identify and quantify any variances and Manage/control corrective actions accordingly.
• Applying knowledge of all statutes for construction industry along with commercial acumen and experience of directing large workforce and manpower deployed on projects, identifying project discrepancies and providing prompt actions for mitigation.
• Coordinating with the client and contractor at site to understand their needs and observing a policy of open communication to reduce risk significantly and flawless execution.
• Coordinating between teams, consultants and clients as well as regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and obtain municipality and governmental entities approvals.
• Ensuring timely acquisition of all required project permits and authority approvals across all project stages, including follow-up through permit clearance and completion certificates.

• Fostering effective coordination between vendors/suppliers, batch plant, testing agencies and
other manufactures for seamless project completion.

Project: Land development and Construction of 320 Residential villas, KSA Hufuf
Client: King Faisal University (KFU)

Project Scope: Land Development residential real estate project.

‒ Land development and construction of 320 Residential villas for KFU staff.
‒ Infrastructure (Dry and Wet Utilities), pumping stations and water tanks.
‒ Wastewater, storm water, irrigation networks & distribution system.
‒ Telecommunication and power supply to project.
‒ Hardscape (public parks, Sidewalks).
‒ landscape: (gardens, Palm Trees, Shrubs and grass irrigation system installations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision consultant

• Effectively reviewed contractor’s submittals, drawings and document logs and prepared method of statement, materials approvals, daily manpower distribution to ensure its compliance with inspection Test plan (ITP), client specifications and international standards such as, ASTM, ACI AASHTO, etc.
• Monitored project progress with an aim adding value/ identifying risks; addressed any operational problems including quality deviations instantly to minimize delays or unexpected cost increase.
• Generated an array of technical and management reports (work / contracts status report); maintained accurate records; processing contractor’s interim payment certificates -post verification. Took accountability timely client handover.

Project 1: Manifa Causeway -Mega Project, KSA- Tanajib.
Client: Saudi Aramco

Project Scope: Land Development and site preparation
‒ Power Supply to Aramco petroleum wells at Manifa by constructing a HV 115/34.5 KV Substation and 34.5 HV OHTL Tower Lines 120 km long.
‒ Construction of 120 km roads, bridges as per Aramco standard (SAES)
‒ Construction of Aramco helipad and visitors rest house

Jun 2010 - Jun 2012:

Project 2: ABQAIQ& HASSA SEC UNIFIED CONTRACT
Scope: Infrastructure
‒ Power supplying to Aramco oil pipelines pump station including overhead line, underground cable laying along with Thrust Boring “micro-tunneling method”.
‒ Replacing 34.5 KV OHTL, underground cables & transformer augmentation & power supply to Aindar3 oil wells.
‒ power supply to farms, houses, oil wells
‒ Constructing of Urarah HV 115/13.8 KV Substation
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engaged in various phases of project ranging from planning, scope, work-breakdown till final execution and providing direction to a project team and successfully managing bids from contractors.
• Offered expertise in structural, construction methodology and application of civil engineering techniques for HV Substation Projects, Piles foundations of HV OHTL Tower Lines and access roads.
• Preparing WIR, MIR to Project Inspection Department (PID), closing Nonconformance Report (NCR) and carrying out all Conducting all QC internal & external tests.
