AlDhafra Cooperative Society is multi business large company, having multiple retail supermarkets, Oil and Gas Sites, Real estate areas and buildings, and even more businesses.
I am working as Application Analyst here to maintain running applications and create new applications when needed. and provide Support of all application.
ADCS is the larges company I have ever worked with, it is good experience to be exposed to some many users and application changes, and it feel very good on achievements.

USP is UK based company dealing with multiple businesses few top domains are LMS, Recruitment etc

Joined USP Pakistan as Senior Web Developer working to maintain already built applications and add more features in pre built applications

BEFARe is Local NGO working for USAID, UN and other International NGOs at multiple cities of Pakistan.
I was Hired to develop data entry web application where about 30-50 DEOs from multiple branches can enter data daily
Managers can see diffenet reports, create users, assign/revoke different privileges create update delete dynamic data entry forms and many more
They were also having old Data in an un-normalized mysql database to be copied to new web application which was successfully copied by scripting and generating SQl Queries

Phanteams is US Based software house with sub branches in different Asian countries, we were working at Peshawar Pakistan for Phanteams.
Started with cakephp to create webservices and CMS for IOS application, including dunamic Menus, content, Members, login, register, forget password and more
There I worked having multiple projects at the same time switching daily or weekly, and daily meetings with project managers/clients at US office to demonstrate things and get further directions
Overall very strict timing, attendance fulltime on work at office, online logging daily tasks to redmine

Me and my 2 classfellows started our own business as we qualified to get financial subsidy from govt to start business
We were new and expermented many tacticks to survive, lowered the rates, did hard work by giving more time, started PHP training classes to cover financial difficiencies
I could not continue there because I got better oppertunity at Phanteams as salaried employee.

IT Directorate is Govt department of KPK Pakistan, started a project to give training to new graduates
As there were thousands of graduates so it was tough compatition to qualify tests and interview. only 15 persons was to be selected and luckly I got qualified and was at 4th position at among all applicants
It was 6 months project, first 3 months along with practice Microsoft Gold partner company (Expert systems) gave us training by lectures, which helped us alot.
and at last 3 months we successfully completed out target Sharepoint 2010 project (www.zamapekhawar.com) and one more additional project for project mgmt of same project.
