Coordinating between the team and the suppliers.
Performing administrative tasks in terms of organizing meetings & conference calls, schedule appointments & meetings, sending & receiving emails on behalf of my manager, writing letters & minutes of meetings.
Contacting telecommunication companies\suppliers and getting proposals to provide the factory with telecommunication\ICT setup & security services.
Contacting international and local suppliers\vendors and getting proposals to provide the factory with the needed machines (CMM, laser projector machine, freezer room, etc.)
Worked on logistic tasks with an international supplier in terms of organizing shipping, receiving and offloading the products, managing the required information from point of origin to delivery, custom clearance and arrangement of services as necessary.
Worked on the factory employees job descriptions & manpower cost estimation in cooperation with the HR department.
Translating contracts and letters from English to Arabic and vice versa.
