* Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, and escalate issues as necessary.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies by keeping up-to-date with changes and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
* Checking & Reconciling of LPO/SOA / Invoices /Expenses of payment and submit to finance.
* Responsible for booking flight tickets for International hired and Repatriation.
* Preparing and issuance of certificates (Employment, Salary, NOC letter for Travel and Driving).
* Supervising staff manage accommodation and transport facilities.
