Receptionist, Secretary, and Administrative task:
- Communicate with suppliers for inquiries regarding the business.
Purchasing coordinator for a period of 8 months:
-Ensures orders are sent and followed up with suppliers.
Human Resource:
-Create daily attendance report. Arrange documents for processing renewal of visa and company licenses.
Product development:
- Communicate the changes and modification in new and ongoing products thru email in detail.
Management Representative:
- Coordinate with consultants in implementing procedures for ISO and GMP.
Reviewed accounting from May to October.
- Input bill of sales in the system with vat output entries.
- Ensure cheques surrendered by accounts payable are authorized.
-Trace movement of cheques by spreadsheet record that is weekly reported to VP in finance.
- Made trial balance for accounting manager
- Made deposit slip for checks and cash received from operations.
- Assist in internal audit for the year.
I mostly did is encoding files for soft copy records. From time to time I gave the Purchase Orders to the receiving department. And be mostly available for any assistance needed by the staff
