Look after Group Companies on a day to day basis
Authored and executed business plan, built organizational structure and contributed vision and thought leadership during startup and growth phase. Grew business sales turnover to over USD 10 Million within 2 years of inception of the company.
Successfully control strength of over 200 employees in different business lines within the group.
Create and clearly deliver corporate officer level presentations, often the primary deliverable for customers.
Diversified & developed new business in to different areas and profit making units.
Define, develop and implement HR polcies and procedures.
Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures through leadership of a specialist HR Department team.
Manage recruimtne process for both key business positions and employees in own area.
Manage annual allocated budget, managing expenditure upto set limits, optimizing and reducing costs where possible and reporting variances vs. budget, in order to ensure effective cost management.
Provide professional advise and guidance to internal customers at all levels in the business on HR issues
Oversee the development of policy and procedure improvements in order to ensure the ongoing development of HR provision and standards.
Contribute to the development of overall HR Strategy for the total business which supports and enables the achievement of overall company objectives.
Other areas of compnesation & benefits, training and development, employee relations, etc.
A new position in this region reporting to the CFO.
Preparation of Regional Policies and Procedures in line with the Company Global Policies & Procedures
Involvement of some critical areas of Company Global Performance Managerment System (GPMS) and Organization Talent Vitality Review (OTVR), Career Development Plan, Global Talent Utilization, Localization Plan, etc.

Contracts with Out-sourving agents
Core staff recruitment program (HQ Guidelines)
Staff Succession Planning
Employment Contractracts. Negotiation, finalization, visa formalities
Staff Medical and Other Benefits Monitoring

Joined at the beginning of formation of Human Resources Department. Actively involved in the following activities:
Preparation and implementation of Human Resources Strategies and Policies.
Staff Shift Allocation System and Attendance Process.
Recruitment, planning and compensation benefits
Govt. Relation activities (visa, labor contracts/labor card, etc.)
Employment Contracts, Staff Leave planning and forecasting.
Leave applications & settlement and end of service benefits.
Staff induction and orientation program, career planning, performance appraisals.
Payroll and Commission Payments.
Training and Development (induction, orientation, in & outdoor trainings, etc.)
Complete Manpower forecasting for the entire plant erection and commissioning Department.
Complete responsibility of selecting the suitable manpower/ crafts.
Primary selection of candidates and recruitment activities.
Coordination with the Contracts Department for finalizing the contracts between the company and the manpower supply organization.
Staff Relocation (local and international).
Personnel Administration, employment contracts, performance appraisals, job descriptions, induction and orientation programs.
