JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Project Coordination, Design, Implementation and Commissioning of ELV Systems.
 Reporting to Project Manager / Coordination Manager for the latest update on the drawing submissions, daily reports, monthly reports, closed out facilities.
 Establish and maintain an effective single line of communication with the Client, Consultant and Distributor.
 Execute project schedule, oversee day-to-day activities, procurement contracts and coordinate delivery services.
 Evaluate & review material submittals, method statement, commissioning documents as per the client requirements.
 Prepares Composite Shop Drawings (CSD) for Signed off with the Client & Sub Contractors.
 Evaluate Technical Shop Drawings & Design Drawings, assess & provide solution scenarios.
 Attend regular meetings with General Contractor and Subcontractors.
 Checking site progress, readiness for handing over.
 Commissioning and handing over system different types of integrated instrument systems according to customer specification.
 Track work progress of sub-contractors and Internal ICAD Departments.
 In Charge for the Coordination Drawings of ELV Systems with Interior Design 421/422 Ancillary Facilities, Façade Contractor, MEP Contractor & ICAD administration Back End Services such as follows.
 Security & Safety Department
