KPIs, unit economics, growth drivers, cash runway and management assumptions.
• Build operating models and P&L / cash flow forecasts; conduct scenario, valuation and investment
returns analyses to support underwriting decisions.
• Prepare investment teasers, Investment Committee memoranda and senior-management presentations,
translating complex findings into clear recommendations.
• Supported execution of an investment in HR-tech company HR Rocket, including analytical work,
diligence coordination and preparation of transaction materials.
• Monitor portfolio companies, review budgets and performance, and assess strategic initiatives, financing
needs and value-creation opportunities.
• Identify cross-portfolio and group-level commercial synergies; improved internal deal-flow processes
through CRM implementation and AI-enabled automation.
• Supported the sale of portfolio company JagaJam through a management buyout (MBO), contributing to
transaction analysis, deal materials and execution.
