Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Utilities for 76 locations (Labor Camp, Senior Accommodation, Catering Location, Ware House, Office Buildings)

• Manage all sales activities in the region for rubber parts production (conveyor belts, seals, gaskets, …)
• Create business plan and budget and set performance targets for all locations
• Analyze sales reports in respect of volumes, profit and sales per location and develop solutions for improvement
• Forecast goals and objectives for spare parts department.
• Administer an annual operating budget for the department
• Centralize orders from different disciplines and place orders to suppliers
• Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Utilities for a 3 camps of 3000 Pob each (generators, water distribution system, drainage system, lights, Ac’s), responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for kitchen equipments, freezers units, chiller units, fire pumps, etc.
• Advise customers on replacement of spare parts. Follow-up of orders, updates on status and delivery to the customer on the promised date
• Training soldiers on driving skills (heavy vehicles)
• Military training (operational and tactical procedures, physical training)
Prepare all maintenance request-orders, bills, invoices.
