I proposed systems improvement solutions related to 5S, digitalization, ergonomics, facility layout, utilities, software, user interfaces, filing/sorting, and various methods on automation of databasing to increase efficiency and productivity. I also calculated demurrage costs of vessels, identified causes of demurrage and delays, and prepared inventory reports of products.
