• Support the GM Regional Sales in all sales and operation related tasks.
• Responsible for handling all aspects of sales process in the company.
• Developing new business opportunity in the automobile sector, Motor Insurance, Extended Warranty smart repair product and GAP Insurance.
• Conduct market research studies and analysis.
• Negotiate with new dealers and business partners for opportunities.
• Responsible for initiating effective showroom sales target plans.
• Setting up yearly budget plan and draw maps and guidelines to achieve allocated monthly and yearly target.
• Handling all Call Center team development and activity.
• Coordinate with admin team, call center, IT and accounts for any request.
• Managing a team of call center, administrators, underwriters and sales executives.
• Managing sales team located across all Emirates.
• Supporting our partners dealership in resolving issues we face affectively and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the team's targets are met through working closely with the relevant parties.
• Ensure that daily Sales & Admin operation is conducted.
• Identify and initiate improvements at work, customer service, quality and other related processes to develop and maintain business efficiency.
• First point of contact for any escalated issues addressed to GM or customer queries not resolved by the sales team.
• Provide market feedback and create innovative sales team strategy for management's review and approval.
• Effectively and efficiently execute and implement plans cascaded from Senior Management.
• Mentor and coach, the sales team by providing specialist information, guidance and advice.
• Set objectives and manage Sales Team's performance as part of the annual performance review process.
• Responsible on the financial collection monthly either from Business partners or Insurance companies.
1. Sell GAP branded products including Motor Insurance, Extended Warranty, Smart Repair, RSA, GAP
Insurance / GAP Accessories by making phone calls, sending emails and meeting customers.
2. Maintain knowledge of products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise
3. Inspect cars for claim history through Arabia Insurance System and calculate loss ratio.
4. Send insurance and extended warranty quotation to customers.
5. Issue insurance and extended warranty policies.
6. Train the new staff on the previously mentioned fields.
1. Sell and promote company products, including, new motor insurance, insurance renewal, extended
Warranty and smart repair packages inside AGMC BMW showroom.
2. Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and showroom staff.
3. Contact potential clients and make follow up call, emails and messages.
4. Specialized in conducting market researches in the field of Motor Insurance, cars and Auto products. 5. Obtaining perfect Motor Insurance and Automotive knowledge to provide the needed assistance to
Clients.
6. Handling cash delivery, invoices, money collections from clients & Dealer.
7. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
8. Ensure achievement of allocated monthly and yearly sales targets
9. Liaise and coordinate with sales administration team for policy quotations and traffic reports.

The Department offers a Bachelors degree in English Language and Literature. The aim of the Department is to prepare students to be proficient in the language skills and competent in their command of the language. This goes hand in hand with the academic plan of the Department which pays particular attention to translation and contrastive studies, both in language and literature, in order to uphold the message of the University in communicating with other peoples and cultures. Currently, The academic staff in the Department comprises 11 faculty members whose ranks range from full professor to instructor. And the Department looks forward to raising the number of academic staff, holding PhD in English Linguistics or Literature, owing to the continuous rise in the number of the students benefiting from this program.
