Job Description:
• In-charge of managing, developing and measuring the performance of agents.
• Ensure that agents are empowered to do their immediate tasks by providing the necessary tools and applications.
• Ensure that all team members assigned are informed of their performance.
• Enforce positive behavior through example.
• Utilize coaching to ensure that agents are aware and informed of their performance.
• Engage in mentoring activities to further develop and prepare agents for succession.
• Utilize workshop sessions to ensure that members are comfortable in delivering verbiages to customers.
• Conduct interviews using set Standards to determine possible manpower addition.
• Plan and execute account wide activities that will promote positivity.
• Enforce policies to ensure that the mission and vision of the company is intact.
