وادارة الشؤون المالية المتعلقة بهذا القسم والعمل على تأمين طلبات واحتياجات الادارة العليا
- Handling appointments and arranging meetings for the manager.
- Drafting letters, inter office Memos & Circulars, Daily Reports, Management Reports.
- Preparing DSD (Daily Site Diary) to be submitted to Consultant.
- Preparing detailed report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) for concrete quantities.
- Preparation of RFI (Request for Inspection) filling, maintaining log, registering the incoming and outgoing documents for controlling their tractability and filing.
- Responsible for receiving and logging of various documents from subcontractors & Departments.
- Preparing of Work Procedures (Method of Statement)
- Documentation review, routing, copying and filing.
- Controls document storing to, and retrieval from, the retention center according to Departmental guidelines.
- Maintain all aspects of the technical records.
- Maintain and up to date records of all sections individually.
- Prepare the various business Documents, Quotations and Reports. .
