Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Prepare& develop full-scale projects plans and associated communications documents.
Overseeing the entire construction projects or part of a projects
•Prepare, Scheduling and coordinating designs, required drawing s and sketches
•Selecting, hiring, and overseeing the work done by the contractors
•Overseeing the construction workers and their immediate supervisors
• Ensuring that the projects are completed within a specified time
