Planning, directing and coordinating the construction projects
Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Prepare& develop full-scale projects plans and associated communications documents.
Overseeing the entire construction projects or part of a projects
•Prepare, Scheduling and coordinating designs, required drawing s and sketches
•Selecting, hiring, and overseeing the work done by the contractors
•Overseeing the construction workers and their immediate supervisors
• Ensuring that the projects are completed within a specified time
•Determine the best source of construction materials
•Responsible for scheduling and estimating the time required to complete the projects
Overseeing the selection of trade contractors and general contractors who are ideal for the completion of a project
