• Directly reporting to the Project Manager & the Construction Manager.
• Municipality Works.
• Responsible for all the incoming and outgoing correspondence of the project.
• Preparing Formal / Business Letters, Minutes of Meeting, Daily Logs, Weekly Circulation files & reports and daily updates of the staffs.
• Monitoring the flow of incoming and outgoing Submittals and Document Transmittals from the Contractor to the Consultant.
• Preparing Monthly, Weekly & Daily Reports of the project. (coordinating with the Planning Engineer)
• In charge of safekeeping, proper storing, easy access and organizing Contract Documents and other very important documents of the project.
