• Learnt and updated the financial model to estimate the sales costs. Based on this model, prepared the end-of-period accruals, budget and forecasts, variance analysis, personnel costs and financial projections through SAP;

• Interacted with sales professionals to define monthly and quarterly deal/pipeline reporting business requirement and ad hoc reports. Liaised with the group IT to create requested reports and ensured these are provided on time;

• Assisted in preparation of sales analytics to find and report statistical information from Seibel CRM, SAP & POS to enable management makes better-informed decisions on price effectiveness, new clients and prospect progress;

• Prepared advance Excel (VLookups/IF functions/pivot tables) customised financial reports to support planning and monthly business review processes and PowerPoint presentations for management meetings/review sessions.
