Factory supervision responsibilities:
• Drawing detailed study
• Leading the workforce to meet the quality & client schedule requirement in all workshop divisions (3 Workshops)
• Project delay recording and action required to re-track the project on schedule using ERP System
• man-power allocation, and overtime managing within the budget
• Coordinating with other departments for all workshop requirements
Factory Supervision Responsibilities:

• Material and Man-power Allocation
• Leading the Workforce to Meet the Quality & Client Schedule Requirement in All Factory Divisions:
o Pre-fabrication (Manual and CNC cutting, beveling and rolling)
o Fabrication (Shell, nozzle, internal and external accessories)
o Bundling (Bundle assembly, bundle insertion and tube expanding)
o Welding (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW, Overlay and tube to tube-sheet)
o Machining (Milling, drilling and boring by manual and CNC machines)
o Post-fabrication (Hydro-test, pickling, equipment protection and packing)
• Project delay recording and action required to re-track the project on schedule
Planning Responsibilities:
• Study of Project Execution, Scheduling (Excel and MS Project) & Delivery
• Applying Critical Path Methodology to Develop Schedules and Complete Project Planning
• Preparing a Master Plan for Each Factory Division
• Resource (Man-hour, Machines & Material Etc.) Study, Allocation, Resource Requirements and Recruitment Plan
• Review Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) & Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
• Optimize the Utilization of Resources
• Productivity & Efficiency Evaluation
• Reporting (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Progress Reports, Resource Loading and Forecasting Reports Etc.)
• Attending weekly safety, clients, production and project meetings
QHSE Audit Responsibilities (ASME and ISO):
• To Perform Risk Assessment of Quality Matters, Safety Hazards, and Different Environmental Aspects
• Training Plan Controlling
• To Perform Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions
• Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Internal Audit Participation
• To Perform Evaluations and Qualifications of Suppliers/Vendors and Workers
• To apply continual improvement programs by applying lessons learnt, performance monitoring, and customer’s complaint handling.
