1- Lead the planning, design, engineering and implementation of substation projects as per scope of work and Saudi electricity company specifications with compliance master time schedule.
2- Manage project budget and project resource allocation.
3- Direct material planning, engineering, procurement, construction, purchase order and sub contract finalization.
4- Follow up with vendors in various countries for timely manufacturing of equipments, factory test (FAT) and shipment.
5- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
6- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
7- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
8- Prepare & plan the financial projections for the project.
9- Coordination with client (Saudi Electricity Company), procurement, vendors, suppliers and manufacture.
10- Provide all requirements and facility for project site(manpower, petty cash, approved drawing, logistic service)
SECTION HEAD OF INVENTORY PLANNING
1‐ Supervise the work of inventory planning section.
2‐ Distribution of work among staff.
3‐ Preparation of plans and studies for Inventory planning section.
4‐ Coordination with Procurement Department and Logistics Department to secure the
arrival of materials to the beneficiary.
5‐ Organization of planning and controlling stock levels of materials.
6‐ ensure the needs of beneficiaries, according to an update of projects and maintenance
plans.
7‐ ensure optimal investment in stock and achieve a high level of service and reduce costs.
