• Project Key Objectives, Management and Interface Coordinator.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines (Electrical, Communication, Mechanical, Civil, Structure, Architecture).

• Reviewing Project Scope of work, Strategies, execution plan and Constructing Strategies.

• Maintain contact with the design contractor regarding design packages, procurement and MTO.
• Reviewing and coordinating the completed designs and drawings of the consultants, including specifications to ensure that
all technical requirements are met.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
• Overseeing the preparation of the completed works' "AS BUILT" engineering documents.
• Developing and maintaining the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program as per Saudi Aramco.
• Responsible for coordinating and supervising implementation and construction work in accordance with internationally
recognized codes and standards such as NEMA, IEEE, IEC, UL and NEC.
• Communicate with customers and representatives from third-party projects.
• Participating in the FAT Commission and pre-commissioning for the instrumentation system: EDS, VMS, CCS, PCS & DCS.
• Coordinating and expediting technical interfaces between the project design team's engineering offices and the
construction project team.
• Assisting in the review and finalization of overall project schedules, as well as progress monitoring and expediting.
• Coordination and organization of teamwork, as well as meeting project deadlines in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Ensuring that the project adheres to all applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the projects status.
• Developing field test methods and methods for monitoring test quality.
• In charge of l low-current activities, Electrical, Telecom, Instrument, Fire System, and Automation, we provide the design
with the proposal for HVAC, Home Automation system, Lighting control, Curtains, Sound system, Data, WIFI, CCTV, Security, Access control, Intercom system and Satellite TV system, each have their own control system.
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Communication and Instrumentation Systems such as, CCTV, Security and Communication Systems (SACS), Public Address, IP-Telephony, Routers, Switches, Building Management System (BMS),
Access Control, Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), Batteries system, HVAC system and Leak detection system.
• In charge of testing of Command and communication system, switches, patch cord, Juniper Switch, Network Video Recorder (NVR), Network Cabinet, CCTV (Fixed, PTZ).
• Installation of Fiber Optic Cables, coaxial cables and Cat6 cables, cable ladders, conduits as per Saudi Aramco standard.
•Attending Saudi Aramco meeting.

• Provide Engineering service in data network design which includes SCADA System.
• Provide Engineering Service in CCTV system design.

• Preparing detailed engineering packages as per project requirements.
• Designing and engineering Communication Block & level Diagrams, Data Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, communication Installation Schedules, Cable and Conduit Schedules, Specification Sheets, I/O lists and Functional Specification Documents for RTU, etc.
• Coordinating and conducting on-site surveys and data gathering.
• Providing technical support to communication designers and interface inputs to other disciplines.
• Preparing Material Take-Offs (MTO) and reviewing Non-Material Requirements (NMR).
• Performing across the Board Reviews (ABR) for detailed engineering packages.
• Providing technical support for construction activities and answering Technical Queries (TQ).
• Provide engineering services in the design of data networks and CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) systems.
• Designing communication engineering drawings for a security system (IDAS, CCTV, SACS).

Special case in Khurais site, I worked as Site Manager, Project Engineer, Site engineer, Communication engineer, Electrical engineer.
Responsibilities:
•Communication Engineer, site engineer, project engineer.
• Review drawings.
• Installing Camera (Fixed-CCTV-PTZ) - (MIDS) - Long Range Camera (LRC) - Marin Camera Radar (MCR).
• Design the detail drawings for CCTV, PTZ, MIDS, LRC, and MCR.
• Install FEC’s and terminations all fiber, copper, coaxial, RG6 and instrumentation cable.
• Install Cube-It inside Aramco security gate.
• Cables calculation & drawings check.
• Shelter & FEC for communication room and equipment room.
• Ensure all communication equipment working.
• Testing & commission for CCTV, PTZ, MIDS, LRC, and MCR.
• Responsible for fire alarm Calibration, and testing of Command and Control system, IDAS and LRDAS equipment such as; Alarm Management Server (AMS), Juniper Switch, Network Video Recorder (NVR), Field Equipment Cabinet (FEC), Radiant Alarm Server (RAS), MIDS, PIRMIDS, PIR, FOFSS, CCTV (Fixed, PTZ), LRC, Land Radar and Marine Radar.
• MIDS detectors transmission and receiver.
• Installing IT Cube cabinet in the security building.
• FES (Field equipment shelter) for LRC & MCR.
• Fiber Optic Cable pulling SM.
• FOC testing by power meter machine for end to end and OTDR machine.
• Review specifications and related documents of the project.

• Installing fire alarm control panel.
• Checking the configuration for fire alarm panel, if power off it will work by backup battery.
• Review and verification of detailed system engineering and design of ISUP project.

• Make red line for the design if we need to make some changes of Aramco design.
• Responsible for the red line of the CDR and IDR drawings through Technical Queries (TQ), work with the civil and telecommunication to document the obstruction and propose technical solution for any design change.
• Raising Request for Inspection (RFI) with 24 hours for week days and 48 hours for week end notice.
• Ensure drawing specifications and procedures are in current revision.
• QA/QC communication engineer Approved by Saudi Aramco.
• Attending project meetings.
• Quality wise inspecting trenching, Fiber & Cable pulling and backfilling works.
• Duct bank fabrication, mandrel ling prior and after concreting by contractor.
• Inspecting all communication materials & works.
• Overseeing that all works are proceeding as per IFC package and on schedule. Also, checking their compliance with ARAMCO standards.
• Splicing fiber optic cable by fusion machine.
• Inspecting the laying of fiber optic cables, splicing and termination also for copper cables.
• Preparing progress reports and material take-off lists.
• Evaluate, select and apply standard construction engineering techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment based on all applicable codes, specifications and engineering information.
• Conduct regular technical assessment and see to it that the works are in accordance with the designed plans and specifications, and to ensure work efficiency, quality and workmanship to meet the good quality of the project. Maintain knowledge of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in safe manner.
• Design, documentations, testing and Commissioning and handover based on Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.
• Reporting: I am daily, weekly & monthly activity reporting to my direct manager also I'm felling the work revenue & summary reports sheet about how it is going on, what is happening at work & what the workers doing.
• Preparing Time sheet for our electrician.
• Requesting for all material we are need it in the site.
