In the previous role as HR coordinator, I played a key role in implementing and developing new hires orientation and induction programs. The induction programs were designed to ensure new employees were well-prepared and seamlessly integrated into the organisation. I have also contributed significantly to the payroll team by conducting remote meetings to address barriers faced by the payroll team in utilising the Finsys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As well as, played a considerable role in coordinating training with various vocational institutes to provide new hires with the required skills to excel in their roles within FAFA Adhesive & Labeling Industry.
In terms of employees performance within the workplace, I played a critical role in providing massive support to employees in the working environment. To clarify, I was responsible for gathering data regarding employees performance in the working environment based on assigned criteria stated in the documentation to address employees complaints regarding the workplace and finalise employees performance reports. I had also the opportunity to work on the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) for selecting and adding candidates to a variety of employment support programs. Tasks as follow:
• Involved in developing new hires orientation and Induction program to prepare and adapt employees to the new roles.
• Coordinated training courses with various vocational Institutes to equip new hires with the required skills to excel in their roles within the organization.
• Added significant contributions to the payroll team by conducting virtual meetings to discuss barriers facing the payroll team regarding Finsys ERP system.
• Handled performance appraisal process to assess employees’ performance against criteria assigned to comprehend the quality of employees’ performance, report complaints and finalize employees’ performance reports.
• Concentrated on the HRDF portal for selecting and adding candidates to a variety of employment support programs.
Working as a corporate trainer has exposed me to a variety of skills and experiences that exceeded the HR-related core functions, such as the recruitment of candidates and gathering data regarding employees’ performance. I worked on the vendor registration process for our training center for multiple companies including Aramco and Saudi Electricity. I have also been involved in the accreditation process for-profit and non-profit organisations including the American Purchasing Society and Sharm. As well as, involved in translation and creating job description cards based on the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees Tasks are:
• Translated formal company documents including commercial registration, Technical and Vocational training (TVTC).
• Conducted vendor registration process for multiple companies including Saudi Aramco, Marafiq, and Saudi Electricity.
• Involved in accreditation process for multiple profit and non-profit organizations, such as the American Purchasing Society and SHARM.
• Involved in establishing the company employment contract, agreements, and worked closely with the HR representative to register new hires at GOSI and conducted the recruitment process via the National Labor portal.
• Formulated job description cards for multiple positions and assigned responsibilities and duties based on employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’S).
