• Supervising the infrastructure work on the site of the houses. • Follow up the work of Landscape, according to the specific
plan of the project
• Preparing weekly reports for the work during the week
• preparing project management plan for subcontractor and
follow up accordingly.
• Supervising the finishing works of residential villas.
• Checking subcontractor invoices and comparing them to the
percentage of completion on site
