Talent Acquisition Consultant & Business Development Manager at a leading Human Resources Consultancy in Kuwait.
o Acquire new clients and Retain existing ones for Five main business divisions: HR Consulting
Services, Training Advisory Services, Recruitment Advisory Services, HR Automation Services and SME
Support Services.
o Initiate and develop strong relationships with self-created as well as assigned verified leads.
o Record daily tasks, calls and meetings in the assigned database.
o Determine potential client’s needs and prepare detailed technical and financial proposals for the
same.
o Give introductory as well as client customized presentations to potential clients suggesting the
scope/services recommended for their business line to create awareness.
o Suggest and help in preparation of Social Media content for different platforms like LinkedIn,
Instagram and Facebook for PROCAPITA and SANAD.
o Weekly reporting to the CEO regarding leads progress on all different business lines.
o Carry out HR Management System demo for potential clients.
o Dealing with all market segments (Private Sector, Government Sector and NGOs) in order to
create opportunities.
o Carry out any other tasks as requested by the management.
Responsibilities:
● Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com’s recruitment products & services,
● Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads,
● Effectively manage business in assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach,
● Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs,
● Give online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the setup and development of www.Arabiamotors.com, coordinating between
the company, the programmers and the developer creating the smartphone application
Marketing the services of the company through presentations and meeting with certified
showroom managers
Providing customer service to private individuals and companies
 Market the company website through banner ads with several major corporations in Kuwait e.g. Mitsubishi Al-Mulla, Volkswagen Behbehani and Automak Alsafqa.
Responsible for the creation and upkeep of Google Adwords and Facebook Admanager campaigns in order to increase website traffic which leads to the intensification brand awareness and publicity
Handling the websites social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram by updating posts in order to keep users and followers interested, and reviewing their comments and providing appropriate responses
Human resources work involving conducting interviews, managing and hiring new employees, procurement of contracts and payroll and salaries.
