• Assessing and screening CVs that match the job description
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Following up with our clients and receiving feedback regarding the matching candidates
• Coordinating the hiring process end to end
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Handling equipment leasing and business development activities
• Building strong relationship with existing clients and
bringing new clients on board
• Responsible for the rental equipment division
• Visiting customers on daily basis
-Finishing all inquiries as soon as possible and follow up with the client for more details.
-Attracting new clients to our company and encourage them to apply for them our services
-Selecting the perfect candidates according to the client's requirements
-Schedule interviews for the appropriate candidates
