Define, analyze, document, and prioritize client software needs. Manage incoming client requests regarding new features and modules, enhancements and bugs, and complete them with high quality. Troubleshoot and offer advice on existing issues either business or software related. Perform testing and quality assurance on the provided software systems. Take part in the entire system development life cycle, and assist in various project management duties including communications, documentation, etc. Systems worked on: accounting system, HR and payroll, university management system, workflow management system.
Coached several clients on healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition, and provided them with individual meal plans that included Herbalife nutrition products. Followed up on a weekly basis with regular clients and provided them with feedback and weekly body composition values using a body composition monitor.
Products sold include Formula 1, herbal beverage, skin products, and aloe vera series.
Rig up and rig down of logging unit, surface sensors and other logging related equipment

Planned more than 60 onshore and offshore directional well profiles for clients (Qatar Petroleum, CNOOC, Qatar Shell)
Designed bottom hole assemblies (BHA’s) and selected appropriate drilling tools for planned wells and analyzed torque, drag, pressure drop and vibration thresholds for the designed BHA’s
Followed-up daily with the drilling team by checking well surveys and drilling data and giving necessary feedback
Optimized bottom hole assembly design and drilling performance using post drilling data
Optimized the entire planning phase and parameters by comparing with actual results
Major accomplishments:
- Improvement and optimization of drag and pressure drop simulation results, which enabled the client to plan and drill deeper wells (up to 1000 ft) and minimize operation interruptions due to reaching rig pressure and torque limits
- Trained and supervised the new well planner for 9 months
- Established strong relationship with client’s drilling engineers
Projects:
- Auditing of Drilling Database: audited and made many corrections and improvements to the data quality of all drilled wells in Qatar in ASW database. I presented my findings to the drilling department at QP to review and apply these changes in their database as the two are almost identical
- New Filing & Archiving System: collaboratively created a new easy and efficient filing and archiving system for all drilling files and documents in ASW and implemented it on 7 years of drilling data
- Data Migration to 5D: effectively migrated entire drilling database from Compass drilling software to 5D drilling software (by Weatherford) and submitted frequent feedback on the new software performance and suggestions for improvement. I also trained the field engineers on using the new software. The new software was online and running on all office and field laptops in 7 months
Project: New Doha International Airport, North Node (Y-terminal)
Reviewed designs and performed quantity takeoff for HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing systems for the new terminal - raised requests for information to the designers upon finding discrepancies - designed and oversaw the installation of sewage and potable water networks for two labor camps housing more than 1000 workers
