Project Lead Sui Gas Sustainability Project - Revamping of Existing Compressor Trains

• Part of site team at decision making position for technical review & feasibility assessment of Siemens’s proposal, discussions on modifications of control philosophy & design selection, Siemens’ procedures & documentation review as well as site execution and commissioning plans during Revamping of 07 no. of existing natural gas compressor trains.
• Leading PPL site execution team during project execution and liaison with Siemens, GE and Voith BHS teams for ensuring smooth execution of Revamping of SML Compressors as per agreed Timeline and resources and with-in the allocated budget to achieve production sustainability goals.
• Participated in feasibility study, review of technical & commercial proposals and provide valuable input to finalize scope of services and supply while reducing overall project cost head.
• Review of various procedures and vendor documentation including stability analysis, balancing reports, QC plan, functional & utility lists, data sheets and parts lists etc., analyzing deviations and taking decisions.

• Implementation of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance regimes of rotary equipment such as General Electric gas turbines, Demag/Siemens/Thermodyn multi-stage barrel type centrifugal compressors, Worthington multi stage reciprocating compressors and other plant auxiliaries to ensure their smooth functioning.
• Plan, execute and monitor maintenance activities and new projects along with effective utilization of resources, highlighting causes of deviation, defining of strategies to continuously improve project and maintenance execution plans.
