• I was responsible for overseeing the construction of Almoosa Hospitals in the Al-ehsaa Area.
• This challenging project required careful coordination and management of all aspects of the construction process, from the initial site preparation to the final finishing touches.
• Throughout the project, I worked closely with the design team, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that the work was completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest possible standards. I was also responsible for managing the project budget, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. • Assist in initiating of the project execution plan (PEP).
• Assist with the administration, budget and scheduling of projects.
• Check the civil design of projects to ensure compliance with the plan.
• Review drawings, method statements and material submittals required for site execution.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager & Project Managers for daily programs and target activities.
• Coordinate with Design, Mechanical and Electrical departments and other related technical departments.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing department for material requests, specifications and deliveries.
• Supervise civil installations and operations to ensure compliance to design and equipment specifications as well as in the operational and safety standards.
• Supervise and provide instructions, technical advice and support to Foreman, Chargehand and other site team members of the project and ensure all works are completed as planned and scheduled.
• Oversee and monitor the daily works of the sub-contractors.
• Update of work progress and target completion of activities.
• Investigate site problems and recommend solutions.
• Implement occupational health & safety, environmental and quality standards in accordance with the company policies at the project site.
• Prepare daily reports for superiors as requested.
• Provide schedules for subordinates and ensure its clearness.
• Highlight the strengths of labors (or high performing labors) and provide recommendations.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Arrange planning with team, Progress with reporting to PM/CM and follow daily with activities and needs. Coordinate and solve of logistics, delivery of material activities and solving the problems that can affect the needed targets in the plan.
Main construction works such as : execution 3m thick raft, heavy concrete works, 1to 3m walls thicknesses with height varies from 6m to 13m, suspended slabs including walls and partition walls, columns, strut beams..etc.
Technical Support for the project team, delivery of material, Ordering of material as per approved vendor, checking of invoicing to the client, Team leading on site group of 300 workers with general Forman, Forman and lead men , hold on heavy civil jobs together with construction team on site, delegate activities to the team to reach the main focal target from the team works.
Coordination with QA/QC and Follow up with the inspections and accelerate the procedure of inspections prior to concrete, rectify any urgent detail on site.
Supervise major concrete activities (3000 to 4000 cum of concrete per one item) and assure the good quality and finishing by the team.

• QP scope :Design of several structures such as BOX CULVERTS, RMU BUILDINGS, BLAST RESISTANT BUILDINGS, STEEL, PEDESTALS..etc under the knowledge of sap2000, & based on BS standards & QCS. Design also includes drafting works and bar bending schedules as per QP standards.
• Direct Communication with the Client Understanding and Solving Problems and finding solutions.

• Developing a system "program" of spread sheets for all kinds of calculations and following all updates. Total number of sheets is 40 done on the same work book and linked all together. e.g. seismic analysis, wind analysis, gravity calculation loads…etc
