Implementing and maintain the maintenance programme and ensure its delivery through an
effective management system to defined and recognised standards.
* Plan resources according to event order requirements
* Plan leave roster of personnel
* Conduct daily meetings to discuss operational issues.
* Assign work requests to in house and outsourced personnel
* Managing ARCHIBUS and CAFM work request
* Monitor and supervise work in progress and initiate remedial action if necessary.
