• Act as a wing man/buddy to the Project Manager throughout the course of the Project.
• Prepare micro plan for any particular work package.
• Maintain Event records which shall be helpful in Claims.
• Responsible for monthly interim valuation / final valuation & invoicing
• Preparing monthly & annual commercial reporting (internal valuation)
• Detailed quantity take off for Re-measurement & preparation of Bill of Quantities
• Variation identification & preparing contractual claims from contract documents, site instructions, correspondence, drawing revisions and change in specification of material etc.
