• Led the coordination and control activities of +5, 000 outbound deliveries from KSA to Jordan, Iraq, West Bank and Syria.
• Ensured on-time loading and delivery (OTL, OTD) through establishing daily communication between 11 SABIC affiliates, 3 warehouses, 10 land transporters and other disciplines.
• Attained highest transporters’ allocation accuracy rate (>95%) and lowest shipment cost across MEAF offices by thorough negotiation of allocation plans with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and optimization of routes and capacities.
• Drove efficiency of sea shipments’ operational structure of +4, 000 containers through coordinating with 5 global marine shipping lines sailing from KSA, Korea and Europe ports to the Middle East.
Acted as a trusted Point-of-Contact and Customer Portfolio Manager:
• Acted as POC for key petrochemical customers in 6 markets: Iraq, Jordan, West Bank, Syria, Lebanon and Cyprus (avg./year +1, 400 sales orders) involving all incoterms, payment terms and modes of transportation.
• Managed +100M USD of customers’ contracts, and processed yearly SAP rebate agreements with 100% success rate.
• Contributed to 20% increase in traffic and utilization of SABIC’s B2B e-commerce portal through on-boarding new customers on the platform and conducting customer training sessions.
Handled the Order to Cash (OTC) process management and fulfilment:
• Managed the End-to-End OTC process to ensure meeting customer service KPIs via: purchase order creation, sales order processing, planning and scheduling, delivery and invoicing.
• Leveraged the customers’ experience through systematically analysing Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and other Voice-of-Customer (VOC) tools in addition to engaging with supply/ demand planners on material availability.

• Scored 95% clean letters-of-credit (LC) in Jordan, West Bank and Lebanon.
• Reduced customers’ amount overdue to 2 days only, through monitoring credit limit facilities and preparing monthly payment notifications.
Managed global cross-functional digitization and continuous improvement projects:
• Assigned as a Project Manager supervising +3M USD project to procure and implement a global Customer Relationship Management CRM Oracle tool benefiting +1200 employees. Managed a diverse team of 123 members across 5 regions and 5 business units.
• Selected as a Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert for MEAF SAP upgrade project (150K USD). Created and developed SAP order management scenarios, optimized the SAP users’ roles and unified the transaction-codes for all MEAF Customer Service Representatives.
