World latest pneumatic control project for huge buildings and industrial projects, hospitals and airports in which materials carry in tubes for fast process and to save cost. This is microprocessors based process control systems have all same components of industrial SCADA system. Some of important responsibilities are as under

Electro-Mechanical Designing.

Responsible of electro-mechanical designing using Autocad software and for selection suitable place and 3 phase Motor installation, blower installation, diverters, station, Power panels, voltage drop calculation, power supplies, frequency inverters installation, AC and DC power systems, backup systems, tube routing, station suitable place.

Electo-Mechanical Installation/Commissioning.

1 Install and tests electrical instruments, equipment, and systems:
2 Testing, commissioning of all electrical systems.
3 Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial and industrial purposes.
4 Designs and directs engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products.
5 Directs activities to ensure that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.
6 Directs and coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
7 Uses Autocad and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
8 Directs workers concerned with major maintenance or reconditioning projects for existing installations.

Operation and Maintenance Services.

Provide operation and maintenance services of instruments for microprocessor based systems, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, photo sensors, RFID sensors, magnetic sensors, Troubleshooting of all types of AC and DC motors.

1. Looking whole reign operational tasks, including fueling and security on mobilink sites.
2. Directly reporting to MD.
3. Ensuring high KPI, s in limited CAPEX and OPEX.
4. To enhance performance made audit of sites in different areas and follow up of preventive and corrective maintenance.
5. Designed and implement specific fuel strategies in order to maintain network stability.
6. Dealing with subcontractor and operator through meeting monthly and manage work smoothly.

Telecommunication.
Working in Egyptian Pakistani Telecommunication Services Company (An Orascom company), working for Mobilink for the operation and maintenance of BTS and BSCs in Pakistan.
1. Any fault occurs in BSS & Transmission side (BTS & BSCs) have to troubleshoot, Mobilink uses Alcatel Equipments. There are also Microwave links of NEC and Alcatel so if there is any problem in these links, Engineer has to troubleshoot.
2. Perform PM (Preventive Maintenance) of the sites.
3. Made acceptance for handing over sites from Mobilink to Orascom.
4. Managed the store, spare parts and tools required during field work.

Power.
1. Any fault whether related to electrical or mechanical are under operation site engineer.
2. Fault related to Fire alarms, Rectifiers, Transformer, Alternator, Dynamo, Starter motor, Genset automatic module and automatic load shifting, power panels, Lightening, cabling etc.
3. Fully responsible of air conditioning of sites using LG and Sabro AC`s.
4. Generators maintenance & overhauling their radiator, water body and gas kit, and electrical issues.
