2- Prepare interview between project manager and employees in order to send all document to the main office to complete procedures of appointment.

- Document Controller
1- Issue forms to all type of document need to works and modify as work required for example ( DS, MS, RFI, TR, IR, DR., , , , ect)
2- Received all documents from contractor or ministry of work and housing or PMT.
3- Prepare in the excel program sheet to follow up the forms was issued and used and all documents received from contractor or ministry of work and housing or PMT.
4- Follow up the engineers in order to close any document was received within time of documents.
5- Write any letters and help engineer
6- Scan all documents and save in my computer (server) and shear if after finish.
7- Check the loge day by day with project manager.
8- Prepare report (daily, weekly, by-weekly &monthly)
9- Make a pack up for all data by month.
