Key Responsibilities
• Identify and analyze potential corporate & Mortgage finance markets to develop prospects for corporate loans.
• Promote and sell corporate & Mortgage finance products and services as appropriate to corporate customer requirements.
• Constructs a comprehensive corporate loan package by analyzing applicant financial status, including financial reports analysis, viability of applicant business, strength of collateral, identify associated risk and clearly present it to the credit committee for approval process, along with recommendation.
• Negotiate loan structure with the applicant, including interest rate, periodical review of the interest rate, administration fee, loan repayment options and other credit terms.
• Resolves uncertainties relating to customers information through requesting applicants credit history record, reference checks and any information deem to be serving the needful.
• Conduct and follow up a periodical review of applicant’s credit lines.
• Ensures loan agreements are completed and accurate according to the company policy.
• Direct, monitor, coordinate and balance team and individual responsibilities, ensure prompt respond to customers' needs and continuously strive to improve services qualities.
• Update loan files, mortgage software platform and tracking system as necessary.
• Perform post-closing functions for first mortgage loans.
• Coordinate mortgage loan closing schedule.
• Ensure all required closing documentation is present to schedule closing.
• Develop and maintain communication between loan officer, client and agents and outside vendors to assist timely processing and closing of loan file.
