• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain & develop excellent relationship with existing clients as well as new ones.
• Organize and schedule appointments for directors if required.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures (visitor & employee guidelines).
• Order office supplies and keep inventory management.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Liaise with executive administrative to handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Supervise cleaners.
• Catering arrangements if required for meetings.
