Working on this project is an effort to build a scalable, multi-user environment that en¬ables more efficient and effective reservoir engineering. As the sophistication of computational models grows and simulation horsepower increases, engineers have an opportunity to make use of more powerful visualization and interaction techniques.
The project is a new codebase built on top of C++ application platform. It demonstrates the possibilities of using a large-screen, gestural, multi-us¬er environment for visualizing oil field performance, simulation and well design and doing Executive Level Presentations.
Leader for a team of two people doing web and other interface development plus supporting “Radixx” Windows based ticketless client/server airline reservation system and the airport Services. I provided architectural and development expertise and mentoring to Bahrain Air Team, handling a wide variety of business data including structured trades, credit and commodities. Solutions designed and developed included overnight grid-based batches, funding report generation, web-based charting and analytic library integration.
• Implemented HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP for Web site re-design and implemented successful SEO strategy.
• Produced mobile version of company website using XHTML Mobile Profile.
• Developed XML web service using ASP to interface between SQL server database and Access.
• Developed XML data feed from SQL server using ASP to feed building information electronic signage system.
• Developed a Crew Tracking application which allows crew to view their full roster, flying hours and profile.
• Developed a Network planner application which allows the staff to calculate cost, time for the root in an easy way.
• Programmed and developed a Crew Tracking System for Bahrain air. The system works on building a flight schedule and organizing the flight timing. Using ASP and SQL server.
• Programmed and developed an OTP (on time performance System), the system works for reporting daily OTP. Using PHP and MYSQL.
• Develop multi-media presentations and multi-media software. This work included the development of a WEB site from scratch and integration of my own code with Multi-media Director and other multi-media development products.
• Teaching students in Lab: Software like Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Project, Access, and Visio; Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Flash and others
I worked in the IT the National Employment Project development team, supporting development and Oracle databases used by the development teams. This included project work relating to new releases and ongoing support work, including environment refreshes, fault resolution and general Oracle DBA.
