• Planning & Scheduling for new and ongoing projects and monitoring site activities.
• Quantity Takeoff/ Resource Estimation for Formwork and Concrete. (Excel & Plan swift)
• Preparation and sorting out of technical documents & queries with the Project Manager.
• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies
accordingly.
• Making daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and presenting them to higher management.
• Preparation of S-Curve for project progress, cash, and resources.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
• Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Liaison with Subcontractors, Suppliers, Vendors, and market.
• Close relationship with HR and Accounts department for smooth working on project site.
• Ensuring Health & Safety measures during site visits and instructing HSE Supervisor to fill the
deficiencies.
• Ensuring the project meets all relevant quality standards.
