•Make interviews for managers and staff, coordinate and control the products.

•Always look for new ideas for products.
•Prepare weekly schedules for managers, staff and touring the shops to monitor its performance.
•Monitor and audit the stores, and manage the mangers of the all locations, payroll, schedule the shifts, attention for the sales and the goods.
•Make meeting every week for all managers to give them and take from them the main results.
•Make good communications between the stores and the Warehouse.
•Give the admin all the reports needed about the stores, managers, and staff.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
•Make summary day report.
