Define the conditions for the application of the commercial policy
- Determine the objectives for each department, and monitor their achievement
-Ensure the monitoring of a quality assortment in accordance with hygiene standards and compliance with current regulations
- Guarantee the implementation of hygiene and safety rules and ensure their compliance
- Organize and assign teams to workstations according to the sales plan defined for the day
- Animate and supervise the department heads and employees in the daily management of their departments
- Ensure the achievement of the objectives set by the management, for each department in terms of turnover, margin, consumables payroll, markdown
- Ensure the organization of the work of the Department Heads and the planning of operational tasks for all PGC product staff
- Ensure compliance with label' vie's quality charter and presentation and merchandising standards
- Ensure the implementation of work procedures and team management
