Oversee the receiving, storage and dispatching of supplies and project materials to the respective camps

Manage local travel and Hotel Bookings by:
Planning and making local travel arrangements and hotel bookings as requested upon receiving fully filled and approved Purchase Request (PR)
Ensure proper fleet management by:
Organizing for the fuelling of the project vehicles as required and on the last day of every month.
Follow up of service and repairs of vehicles.
Ensuring drivers respect WHO procedures as per Vehicle Management procedure.
Maintaining Properly Vehicle files and sending Monthly report to PLM.
Prepare and deliver lectures to higher diploma student and/or graduate students on topics such as management practice, Business development, principles of marketing, and operations, advanced procurement
